1 on 1 Filter Coffee Session
Using my experience competing in Brewers Cup. In this session, I will share with you the concepts and variables involved with brewing filter coffee.
From getting the right grind size, understanding different pouring techniques and what they do, to understanding the hardness and total mineral content of the water for your coffee.
This session can be dedicated to covering fundamentals, or focussed on one aspect of brewing.
1 on 1 Latte Art Session
Getting beautiful latte art on your every day cup of coffee is an absolute treat. However, without the right guidance, this skill is very hard to learn.
Depending on skill level I'll aim to teach you all of the key skills to improve your latte art, from getting perfect latte art milk, understanding your pouring technique, and complicated pours such as free pour animals etc.
Cafe Consultation
There is a variety of aspects to a successful hospitality venue. Having over 10 years of experience in the industry, we can collaborate to improve multiple aspects of your business. This can take form of setting up a cafe, discussing costs of goods and services or getting the right people working for you, etc.
Developing a deeper understanding of this industry can be key to setting a successful trajectory.
